1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hudson Jets website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Hudson Jets LLC arranges private charter flights and membership-based aviation services. We act as an arranger between clients and FAA-certified Part 135 charter operators. Hudson Jets is not itself an air carrier.

3. Flight Arrangements

All flights are operated by independent FAA Part 135 certified charter operators. Hudson Jets vets all operators in its network but is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party operators. Final flight arrangements are subject to aircraft availability, weather, and regulatory requirements.

4. Memberships

Hudson Jets membership terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are outlined in your individual membership agreement. In the event of conflict between these Terms and your membership agreement, your membership agreement controls.

5. Payments

Payment terms are provided at the time of booking. All rates are quoted in USD. Hudson Jets reserves the right to adjust pricing for on-demand charter based on market conditions and aircraft availability.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by booking type and are communicated at the time of reservation. Membership cancellations are governed by your membership agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hudson Jets LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any flight arranged through us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
